 Sunday Welcome Reception
“California Dreamin’”
Drop in, hang ten, and get ready for an evening of radical fun filled with the spirit of surf.  Tonight, you’ll be immersed in an evening of the classic California culture.  As you arrive on the Grand Lawn, you’re invited to kick off the evening with a delicious cocktail and discover fabulous California cuisine.  Attendees and their kids alike can experience first-hand authentic coastal culture by “hanging ten” on a surf simulator! Don’t forget to have your photo snapped in front of a vintage Woodie car or commission your own little bit of local art with a namescape artist.  Adults can savor the flavor of local vineyards with tastes of some favorite regional wines.  As the Pacific Ocean disappears into the twilight, you’ll be groovin’ to classic beach tunes and coastal favorites under the California stars.  Ah, now you’re California Dreamin’.  Attire:  Resort Casual. Shorts are acceptable.

Golf Practice Round
Don’t miss the opportunity to sharpen your game with a practice round on Sunday, June 15.  The traditional GBA Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, but our golfers will get the chance to hone their skills on Sunday.  We have tee times arranged at the Monarch Beach Golf Links beginning at 12:30 p.m.  Tee times are limited, so register early and you will be notified of your tee time prior to the convention.  The fee is $215 per person.

Golf Tournament
Monarch Beach Golf Links' location, along with abundant amenities, offers an enjoyable experience that is truly unforgettable.  This Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed course, runs along the bluffs of the Pacific Ocean and is fashioned in Scottish links tradition.  Leaders from the PGA, Senior PGA and LPGA tours have competed on this picturesque course. The tournament is open to all who attend and will begin with a shotgun start on Monday, June 16 at 1:00 p.m.  While the course is challenging, the format will suit all handicaps.  The registration fee of $225 includes greens fees, a boxed lunch and beverages throughout the tournament.

Chairman’s Farewell Gala
The Chairman’s Farewell Gala is one of the most enjoyable and highly anticipated events of the Annual Convention. And this year will be no exception.  Begin this last evening with friends over cocktails and a fabulous dinner. Then, hit the dance floor to one of Southern California’s favorite bands – Haute Chili.  These world class musicians render the best of Motown, classic rock, jazz and disco with a sophisticated twist.  Come ready to rock and roll the night away!   Attire:  Resort Cocktail (men – coat and tie; women – dressy sundress, cocktail dress)

Tuesday Evening Children’s Program
An organized children’s program for children ages 4-12 is planned for Tuesday night, June 17, during the Reception and Farewell Dinner.  The registration fee may be charged to your hotel room.  The reservation deadline for this event is May 15.  If you would like to register your child(ren),  please contact Heather Rawls at the St. Regis directly via phone at  (949) 234-3456.
