$185 per person

Take to the vibrant seas off the coast of Dana Point for a fascinating up-close-and-personal meeting with the ocean’s most intriguing creatures, Blue Whales (the largest animal on earth!) and dolphins. Your private safari will take place aboard a hi-tech, USCG certified, sailing catamaran designed to give you the most intimate experience you can have with whales and dolphins.  Your captain will teach you about the region and its wildlife, including sea lions, brown pelicans, and of course, those curious and fascinating whales and dolphins.  You’ll also test the Underwater Hydrophone and Dolphin Cam to see AND hear dolphins as they communicate to each other underwater.

“If Everybody Had an Ocean” – Surfing Lessons
1 pm – 5 pm
$210 per person

Wax up your surfboards and head for the water on a surfin’ safari on the shores of Southern California.  Your tubular surf instruction will take place in Laguna Beach.  After suiting up in a wetsuit and selecting your board, you will begin your lesson on shore.  Then you will put your newly learned skills to work in the gentle fun waves on the coast of the beach.  By the end of the day you’ll be riding waves!

Mission San Juan Capistrano Tour and Wine Tasting
1 pm – 5 pm
$150 per person

Step onto the cobblestone paths of the Old Mission San Juan Capistrano, and you might hear the voices of those who walked down the same path hundreds of years ago. Founded more than two centuries ago by Father Junipero Serra (the “Father of California”), the Mission is a monument to California’s multi-cultural history – embracing its Spanish, Mexican, Native American and European heritage.  Listen to the centuries-old bells as a docent guides you through the mission’s beautiful gardens and Moorish fountains. You’ll explore the early soldiers barracks, museum and friars quarters.  You’ll also have the opportunity to savor the flavor of local vineyards by tasting their favorite wines.  After experiencing the serenity and beauty of the mission, you’ll want to come back every year, just like the swallows!

Orange County Scenic Cycling Tour
1:30 pm – 5:30 pm
$145 per person

Gear up for your cycling tour as you begin at the St. Regis and wind through the quintessential Southern California seaside community of Laguna.  With verdant canyons that spill into the sea, you will follow a coastal stretch, turn inland for a slight climb through a scenic environmentally protected canyon. You’ll then make your way back to the sea through quaint coastal neighborhoods, the harbor and marina.  This 12-14 mile ride also provides endless perfect photo opportunities!

Electrifying Scavenger Hunt on the Harbor
1 pm – 5 pm

Shut down the motors and turn up the fun for an electrifying nautical Scavenger Hunt on Newport Harbor.  Your team will cruise around the harbor, via an electric-powered Duffy Boat, gathering “treasures” from clues given you when you board your craft.  Quiet and smooth, with a style borrowed from the willow-shaded streams of the south, these electric boats are the most unique means to tour the scenic waterfront.  Prizes will be awarded for the most treasures found during your cruise.
