Affirmative Action Plans
GBA member banks looking for a convenient and cost-effective way to implement and update their organization's affirmative action programs will want to use Employment Law Compliance, Inc.'s Affirmative Action Plan Service. Our comprehensive design and update program enables a bank to utilize its AAP language specifically designed for community banks and further refined for each individual bank. The narrative satisfies the recently revised Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations. We provide you with an easy-to-use format for preparing the data needed, and we utilize automated systems to perform the required statistical analysis. Our program covers both the AAP for women and minorities and the AAP for veterans and individuals with disabilities, and reflects the significant OFCCP revised regulations.
