HR Professionals Institute
The HR Professionals Institute is a unique training opportunity for highly motivated human resources managers who wish to learn and implement “best HR practices” in their organizations. The curriculum is intended to meet the rapidly changing environment, new legal challenges and the increased competition to hire and retain good people.
The purpose of the Institute is to provide specific and usable guidance to all Georgia banks by:
- Providing specific instruction concerning the most critical skills needed by HR managers to contribute to their bank’s success
- Describing “best HR practices” so that HR managers benefit from the study and experience gained in other organizations
- Outlining actions which HR professionals may take to become a strategic business partner
The Institute
provides a well-balanced curriculum taught by experienced HR managers
and consultants with extensive hands-on work in the banking industry.
Attendees will be provided a course book that corresponds to each class
and contains "take and use" information.
