The school is an
intensive, one-week, specialized school that exposes students to the
major issues commercial loan officers face. The school is designed to:

Increase students' knowledge of the economy and business
structure and how these affect lending decisions.

Develop students' understanding of the role of a
company's management and how to analyze and evaluate management.

Develop students' understanding of basic and advanced
analytical techniques and how to apply these techniques in pricing
and structuring loans.

Develop students' understanding of how problem loans
develop and the appropriate techniques to use in managing these
loans.

Develop students' understanding of relationship banking
and how to meet the multiple financial needs of customers.
