The school is an
intensive, one-week specialized school that exposes students to the
major issues consumer credit managers face. The school is designed to:

Increase students' knowledge of consumer credit as a
retail banking function and a source of bank income.

Increase students' understanding of the managerial
aspect of consumer credit operations, especially how the bank's loan
portfolio can increase profitability and improve competitive
positions.

Develop the administrative and human relations skills
needed to manage bank assets and meet customers' financial needs.
