Bank Trainer Peer Group As a bank trainer, it’s your job to ensure that your co-workers have the knowledge and ability to tackle all of the issues facing your bank today. If you’re looking for a place to share ideas, get cutting-edge training and build professional relationships, GBA-U’s Bank Trainer Peer Group is for you. The Peer Group was established in 2009 and meets twice a year. The Peer Group is facilitated by bank trainers from member banks with support from GBA's professional development staff. While we hope the participants will attend all meetings, each meeting is a designed stand-alone event. In addition to receiving training you need to do your job, ample time is reserved for round table discussion followed by a working lunch.
