Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)

Finding qualified CRA credits can be a challenging task in today’s banking environment. The Georgia Bankers Association has partnered with an innovative foundation that takes the guess work out of the equation. Georgia banks partnered with the Senior Housing Crime Prevention Foundation (SHCPF) have loaned or invested over $12 million to help provide safe, crime-free living environments to over 4,300 Georgia seniors that reside in nursing homes, HUD senior housing communities, and our nation’s Veterans homes. Partnering with the foundation can provide your bank solid, risk-free, 100 to 1 leverage on each dollar for CRA credit
