CRM (Customer Relationship Management) means different things to different people. CONNECTIONS’ database marketing fulfillment program will assist the bank in maintaining the proper communications with its customers. This can include automatically sending communications (mail or email) to customers based on pre-determined criteria set by the bank. Examples include: correspondence to customers who have opened an account, closed an account or have an account maturing, etc. Or, CONNECTIONS can target selected customers for personalized correspondence to increase the number of services per customer.
