Minimum Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of required Teller Certification Training Program as outlined by levels Successful completion of on-the-job training program. Specific Job Functions

Adhere to operator limits assigned (Teller Supervisor’s approval required on larger amounts) Split deposits-adhere to assigned limits. Issue Official Checks, Money Orders and Travelers Checks. Savings Bonds-Redemption and Ordering, Cash Advances, Process night deposits, accept loan payments. Promotes and explains other financial institution services such as consumer loans, IRAs, Certificate of Deposit, safe deposit boxes, traveler’s checks and money orders. Place holds on accounts for unallocated funds (If approved by CEO) Verifies and packages coin and currency, balances cash drawer daily. Reports any discrepancies to the Supervisor. Ensures that teller station is properly stocked with forms, supplies, etc. Adheres to all security procedures. Make sales referrals when appropriate on various customer services. Prepares information for currency transaction reports as necessary including entering information on monetary instrument logs. Process charge card payments and cash advances, loan payments. Handles each transaction with care sensitivity, and confidentiality. Presents oneself as a shining example of stellar quality service. Work drive in when necessary. Performs duties as assigned.

  • Coordinates with tax, legal, audit, credit/loan policy and regulatory officials at the highest levels, including Synvous Loan Administration and Bank Examiners
  • Will function as primary loan officer for all lending clients who file bankruptcy.  Will then oversee maintaining the integrity of the bank's lien position through the bankruptcy process and monitor clients repaying through bankruptcy plans.
