Retail and Mortgage Loan Processor (RMLP) will process consumer applications, enter data into FLO software, prepare loan application packages and deliver customer disclosures for loans to be retained in the bank’s portfolio.  RMLP will support the preparation of loan submission packages for Directors Loan Committee and/or Senior Credit Officer, and handle all pre-closing functions up to preparing closing documents and submitting fully executed loan packages to Loan Operations for review.   Duties will include gathering customer information, running various regulation defined calculations, ordering Flood Determinations and appraisals, performing and managing collateral due diligence. 
Loan Closings:  RMLP will support all branch staff and mortgage loan officer with loan process and customer support involving scheduling loan closings, communications with attorneys, title companies and paralegals, making phone calls, handling mail and customer inquiries. 
Compliance Officer Support:  RMLP will prepare and submit the Bank’s HMDA LAR and work with Compliance Officer regarding policies and procedures related to retail and mortgage lending.
Customer Service:  RMLP will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and perform other duties as needed.
Experience:  Should have at least 5 years of community bank experience in loan processing. Experience using, Calyx, FLO, BancPac and Account Folio is preferred.  Should have experience in the loan process from application to post-closing, with specific experience in consumer loan processing and working knowledge of current consumer regulations, as well as a working knowledge of construction loans.   Organization and Communication skills required.
