Aside from our member banks and thrifts, there are several GBA Strategic
Partners or Associate Members that may be helpful resources for capital
and other small business assistance. For our members, these may be
organizations you can refer prospective borrowers to or partner with if
for some reason you are not able to help directly.
Allied Financial Corporation
Allied Financial Corporation provides working capital lines of
credit from $25,000 to $100,000 for all types of companies. In addition
to funding established businesses that may be undercapitalized, Allied
Financial also finances start-up situations, companies in turnaround,
bankruptcy, or those facing tax issues.
Coastal Area District Development Authority (CADDA)
CADDA is a non-profit economic development lender designated as a
Certified Development Company by the Small Business Administration.
CADDA is a participant in the SBA 504 program. CADDA's service area for
the SBA 504 market includes the entire state of Georgia.
Capital Partners CDC
Capital Partners is a non-profit company originating and servicing
loans for the SBA 504 program. Presently,
Capital Partners is the largest Certified Development Company in the
state of Georgia and retains the SBA's highest designation of
"Accredited Lender".
FTRANS Corp.
FTRANS provides working capital
lines of credit from $50,000 to $3,000,000 for businesses that sell to
other businesses across a wide variety of industries. With FTRANS,
businesses benefit by increasing their access to capital and cash flow
through professional accounts receivable and credit management services
Helms & Greene, LLC
Helms & Greene is a labor and
employment legal firm that limits its work to representing employers in
the full range of employment law compliance matters. Helms & Greene
has developed a Georgia specific tool to assist small businesses manage
their employment and legal obligations. This includes comparable
