Access To
Capital for Entrepreneurs
(ACE) provides small business
loans, financial education programs, coaching and business connections.
ACE is a leading provider of
Georgia Green Loans. With a Georgia Green Loan, small businesses can
start or expand an eco-friendly product or service or "green" an
existing business. Albany
Community Together
Albany Community Together, Inc. (ACT!) is a US Small Business
Administration’s Micro Loan Intermediary and certified community
development financial institution (CDFI). ACT! provides small business
loans to businesses and business owners in the metropolitan Albany area
and surrounding counties including Baker, Calhoun, Colquitt, Decatur,
Dougherty, Early, Grady, Lee, Miller, Mitchell, Seminole, Terrell,
Thomas and Worth.
CSRA Business
Lending
The
Central Savannah River Authority (CSRA) Business Lending is a non-profit corporation licensed to participate
in the SBA-504 program by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
In addition, CSRA Business Lending also provides loans through its
revolving loan funds for businesses located within the corporations'
service region.
The Georgia SBDC Network
The
Georgia Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network
provides training, technical assistance, and research to help
entrepreneurs improve their chances for success. The Georgia SBDC
Network is a collaboration of the University of Georgia, Georgia State
University, Kennesaw State University, Clayton State University, Georgia
Southern University, Valdosta State University, the University of West
Georgia, and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Georgia State Small Business Credit Initiative
The
Georgia Department of Community Affairs is implementing three
programs to distribute about $48 million to private lenders to increase
access to credit for small businesses. The three Georgia programs are
the Georgia Capital Access Program (GCAP, $10 million), the Small
Business Credit Guarantee program (SBCG, $17.8 million), and the Georgia
Funding for Community Development Financial Institutions program (GA
Funding for CDFIs, $20 million).

Business Assistance Corporation (Savannah area)
The
Small Business Assistance Corporation (SBAC) is a specialized,
non-profit business development organization licensed by the U. S. Small
Business Administration (SBA). Supported by the City of Savannah and the
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development the SBAC promotes
economic growth. The SBAC prioritizes service to women and minority
owned business persons throughout the City of Savannah and the region.
USDA
Business &
Industry Guaranteed Loan Program
USDA's
Business & Industry (B&I) Guaranteed Loan Program is meant to improve,
develop, or finance business, industry, and employment and improve the
economic and environmental climate in rural communities. For more

USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA)
Farm Loan Programs
The
USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) makes direct and guaranteed farm
ownership and operating loans to family-size farmers and ranchers
who cannot obtain commercial credit from a bank, Farm Credit System
institution, or other lender. FSA loans can be used to purchase land,
livestock, equipment, feed, seed, and supplies. Our loans can also be
used to construct buildings or make farm improvements. Direct
Conservation Loans (CLs) can be obtained through local FSA offices with
loan limits up to $300,000. Guaranteed CLs up to $1,112,000 are
available from lenders working with FSA. |
