GBA Retirement Services, Inc. The
members of the Board of Directors of
GBA
Retirement Services, Inc. oversee for the GBA Master
Pension and Profit Sharing Trust. The Directors are predominantly CEOs
of GBA member banks participating in the Trust. The directors meet on a
quarterly basis to review the performance of the investment managers.
The Directors also attend to substantive administrative and legal issues
to ensure the Master Plan remains in compliance with retirement plan
laws. The Directors for the Master Trust set GBA apart from other
providers. The Directors are bankers who know the business and
help produce the greatest results for their banks, their employees, and
other banks and bankers participating in the Trust.
