Training & Development Committee
The Training and Development Committee will
promote the importance of basic banking education through the services of
GBA's educational resources. The major purpose is to educate bank
personnel at the entry level in bank education. The Committee will
make recommendations and suggestions to the GBA on banker education and
curriculum planning in the areas of distance learning, online training and
classroom instruction. The Committee will also assist in the
promotion and marketing of AIB and GBA educational programs.
