DBF to Meet
Tuesday on Proposed Rules
Here's
a reminder that the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance
will meet Tuesday, Nov. 2, to discuss the Proposed Rulemaking
issued Sept. 23. The only provision we commented specifically
about was the proposed lending-limit statute clarifications. As
we
reported last week,
Commissioner Rob Braswell has informed GBA the Department
will be removing that provision from the proposed regulations
for further study. With questions, contact
Joe Brannen, 404.420.2026, or
Elizabeth Chandler 404.420.2027.
