Salary Survey
A comprehensive guide of the salary ranges of bank employees covering more than 100 banking positions is compiled each year through the GBA. This salary survey includes salary and benefit data with data being reported by approximately 100 financial institutions.
Banks completing the survey have the option of filling out paper forms or online. For those participating online, banks that participated in last year’s survey are able to view their information and change it accordingly. This should significantly reduce the time required to complete the survey while still receiving your discount of $150 off the purchase price of the survey. However, you are still able to submit your information through the paper version. The survey averages between an hour and an hour and a half of time.
