Conference Add-On: Talent Insights Assessment ($55/pp)

This assessment is being offered as an optional component of the “Personal Awareness: A Tool to Maximize and Accelerate Your Success” session, which will be led by Dr. Melissa Furman, MS, EDB, Founder and Consultant with Career Potential, LLC. Conference attendees may purchase the link to take the assessment, which will be discussed by Dr. Furman during her session. While purchasing and completing the assessment prior to the conference is recommended, this session will be beneficial whether or not the assessment was previously completed.

Taking the TTI-Talent Insights Assessment will be a beneficial tool for you if you are looking to enhance your ability to work effectively with diverse populations, build effective teams, and maximize your professional success. This assessment combines the DISC behavioral styles as well as individual motivators to explain the “why” and “how” individuals behave the way that they do. This is not a “personality test” or a standard DISC assessment, this is a validated, theoretically grounded behavioral assessment that takes 15-20 minutes to complete and will assist you with maximizing your performance and the performance of others. Your results will be a comprehensive analysis of your behavior in addition to providing you with a list of time-wasters, communication topics, and areas for improvement. This tool is often used in individual coaching sessions to help women navigate the workplace and maximize their success.

Once your registration is confirmed, we will send you the link to the assessment. Questions? Contact Kathy Friestad, 404.420.2024.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refunds will be given after Nov. 8. However, substitutions are always welcome.
